RUBBER MOLDING / COMPRESSION MOLDING

RUBBER MOLDING PROCESS USES A PREFORMED PIECE OF UNCURED RUBBER THAT IS PLACED IN AN OPEN MOLD CAVITY. THE MOLD IS PREHEATED TO AN ELEVATED TEMPERATURE. AS THE MOLD CLOSES, THE MATERIAL IS COMPRESSED AND FLOWS TO FILL THE RUBBER MOLD CAVITY. A COMBINATION OF HIGH-PRESSURE AND ELEVATED TEMPERATURES ACTIVATES THE CURING OF THE RUBBER COMPOUND, AKA VULCANIZATION. THE OPTIMAL LEVEL OF CURE IS ACHIEVED, THE PART HARDENS AND COOLS THEN THE MOLD IS OPENED AND PART REMOVED. THE CYCLE REPEATS WITH THE NEXT RUBBER PREFORM INSERTED INTO THE RUBBER MOLD.

ADVANTAGES

  • ECONOMICAL PROCESS
  • LOW-COST TOOLING COMPARED TO RUBBER INJECTION MOLDING
  • MAXIMIZED CAVITY COUNT
  • IDEAL FOR LARGE PARTS THAT REQUIRE A LONG CURE TIME
  • CAN PROCESS MOST ELASTOMERS AND CURE SYSTEMS

RUBBER EXTRUSION

RUBBER EXTRUDERS MAKE A WIDE RANGE OF SHAPES AND PRODUCTS IN EVERY DAY LIFE SUCH AS RUBBER TRIM, WEATHER-STRIPPING, EXTRUDED RUBBER SEALS, RUBBER FLOOR MATTING, RUBBER GROMMETS, CONNECTORS, BUMPERS, AND MORE. NORMALLY, RUBBER EXTRUSIONS ARE VALUED AS SEALANTS AND GASKETS BECAUSE THEY OFFER SUCH EXCELLENT FLEXIBILITY, IMPERMEABILITY, AND RESILIENCE.

ADVANTAGES

  • ECONOMICAL PROCESS
  • LOW-COST TOOLING

PLASTIC INJECTION

THE PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDING PROCESS IS A POWERFUL TECHNOLOGY IN MANUFACTURING AND WORLD WIDE IN THE INDUSTRY. BECAUSE IT IS DESIGNED TO BE THE CRITICAL NEEDS OF PRODUCTION, NORMALLY, MANUFACTURER WILL CHOOSE PLASTIC INJECTION PROCESS SINCE IT HAVE HIGH CONSISTENCY AND COMPLEX OF WORK-PIECE SUCH AS CONNECTOR. MOREOVER, PLASTIC INJECTION PROCESS HAVE SHORT CYCLE TIME FOR MASS PRODUCTION. AS IT IS SUITABLE FOR MASS PRODUCTION, SOMETIME WE ARE ABLE TO USE 3D PRINTING TECHNILOGY FOR DECASE COST BEFORE GOING ON THE NEW PROJECT

ADVANTAGES

  • SHORT CYCLE TIME
  • SITABLE FOR MASS PRODUCTION IN SHORT TIME

PLASTIC EXTRUSION

PLASTIC EXTRUDERS MAKE A WIDE RANGE OF SHAPES AND PRODUCTS IN EVERY DAY LIFE SUCH AS PLASTIC TRIM, WEATHER-STRIPPING, EXTRUDED PLASTIC SEALS, PLASTIC FLOOR MATTING, CONNECTORS, TUBE, AND MORE. NORMALLY, PLASTIC EXTRUSIONS ARE PRODUCED TO BE TUBE AND TINY ELECTRONIC DEVIDE BECAUSE THEY OFFER SUCH EXCELLENT STRONG AND CORROSION RESISTANT

ADVANTAGES

  • ECONOMICAL PROCESS
  • LOW-COST TOOLING
